I was given a PACT scale. It was missing the 12v power adaptor so I tried one I had laying around. It was obviously not a high enough input for the scale to operate correctly. When tested with a 12 volt battery it works well, so the unit is good. Does anyone have one of these units and if so could you tell me the power rating on the power supply?

      Thanks, Jay

      That’s weird.
The first thing I would do is call PACT and see if they will sell you a new power cord.

I have one that’s a 9 volt. You may need to give the model.

I had a 9 volt one with the power supply, very sensitive to surrounding current and air movement. Did ok but never really liked it.

Called up their service dept. with a few questions several years ago and customer service was lacking. Just my opinion, YMMV.
