      So making meatloaf
      Need:

      2 lbs ground beef
      1 lb sausage
      6 cups Italian seasoned bread crumbs from progresso
      4 eggs
      1 cup milk
      1 small can mushroom pcs drained
      3 cloves garlic diced
      1 stalk celery diced
      2 small carrots grated
      1 med onion diced -( yellow is what I had so little hot, I prefer red)
      2 heaping teaspoons salt
      2 tablespoon lea & perrins
      1/3 cup ketsup (all I had)
      1 tablespoon lemon pepper
      2 green onions chopped
      1 stalk thyme
      2 stalks cilantro

      mix and then split into 3rds and pat into loafs and make sure the mushroom pcs are on the inside
      of the loaf and put on rack in sheet pan – run a strip of ketchup along the top
      cooking until it hits 160 inside.

      turns out pretty gosh darn good
