See if I can remember this

      2 lbs ground beef–browned

add 2 cans chicken mushroom soup
      1 can enchilada sauce
1 small can chopped green chilis (mild to hot depends on taste)
      1 tbs granulated garlic
      1/8 cup dried chopped onion
      1/3 cup water

      Simmer for about 20 min

In a 13 x 9 pan, cover bottom with shredded cheese
corn tortillia’s or flour tortillia’s , your taste–tear into 4 pieces and cover the cheese
add half of the simmered mixture
      repeat with cheese/tortillias
      top with mixture
      cheese on top

bake in 375 degree oven till cheese just starts to brown

So are you spicing the browned ground beef?

No, I don’t spice it except for the onion and garlic. You can spice it if you want. Others in the family have “delicate” digestive tracts compared to mine, so I have to behave!
