      Here’s my recipe for chicken alfredo. The ladies love this one! (or atleast all the ones I know do).

      Chicken Alfredo:

      4tbsp unsalted butter
      1 large or 2 small cloves of garlic
      1 cup heavy cream
      1/2 cup shredded parmesean cheese
      black pepper
      1 large or 2 small chicken breasts
      8oz fettucine or other pasta
      1 cup broccoli

      Sauce prep:
      mince garlic cloves fine
      melt butter over low heat
      add minced garlic to melted butter stir on low heat until butter starts to bubble
      add heavy cream increase heat to medium
      when cream starts to bubble add cheese, stir, put on medium low heat
      simmer for 20-30 minutes until done

      Chicken prep:
      fillet chicken breast in half, trim connective tissue
      lightly salt, pepper, and season both sides of chicken
      start to pan fry when cheese is added to sauce
      when done let rest a minute on cutting board
      cube chicken and put in large mixing bowl

      Pasta prep:
      chop broccoli to taste, put in pot of water
      turn heat on water on high when the chicken begins pan frying
      add pasta when water starts to boil, boil to taste

      Chicken Alfredo Assembly:
      Chicken should be done first and in mixing bowl, when pasta and broccoli is done, strain and pour in mixing bowl. Add alfredo sauce over pasta and chicken and toss until uniformly mixed.
