I’ve been doing a bit of pressure testing of factory and reloads in the 32 S&W and the 32 S&WL cartridges.  This included older BP loaded factory cartridges, smokeless powder factory cartridges and loads with Bullseye, Unique, Red Dot and Green Dot.  I can post the test results if anyone is interested?

    1. Larry, if it doesn’t cause you too much work, I would pass your write up to my brother. He struggles with online stuff, but sure loves his .32’s. I know he’d be interested in what you have to share. Thanks.

I have a small collection of 32s that I would like to get around to shooting someday, so I would be very interested in your results.  I’ll probably print it off and put it in a folder for the load data, if you don’t mind.

Hit a bit of a delay.  Had a tread separation on a tire which tore up the rear fender well of my PU on my last road trip.  I won’t get it back from the shop till maybe Friday.  Need it to haul the test gear to the range…..looks like next week before I get any testing done.

    Larry,

Good to see you back. I hope to see the pressures of BP.

I heard that BP burns faster than bullseye; but that is some of the lowest pressures of all.

I hope you can sort out BP,

    Ken

    Hi Larry,

I’m looking at building a custom single shot in 327mag. I was wondering if you have any pressure data on the .312 projectiles being fired in a .308 barrel. With cast, I’m guessing the pressure increase isnt as drastic as jacketed would be.

    Thanks
