A friend of mine believes that 1000 rounds of Ammo for every gun he has. Well he sold his 336 and had 900 rounds of 150 Winchester left. With some trading I got it to day. What was I thinking, 900 rounds of 30-30. I have 3 30-30’s if I start now I’ll be dead before I can shoot it all.

This is a problem I can relate to. I load and cast for “therapy”. I am now at a point that I need to buy some friends to help me shoot up some of what I have loaded, or put an addition on the loading room so I can fit more cabinets in to store the loaded ammo………

You need to come hang out sometime. Let me work over your lever and do the things I do when I put one accross my knee, and then you’ll understand. LOL!

I have the same problem, I’ve overloaded my ammo cabinet and now have seveal .30 cal ammo cans full and stashed out in the garage. My grandson does come over once in awhile and helps me out 🙂

900 rounds of 30-30? You need to have Tim do a Lucas McCain modification to it. That will speed you up some.

Just picked up a 30 WCF , 900 rounds would go a long way in a 3+1 mag fed 325 Stevens.

900 rounds at 1 round per minute on average is 15 hours of shooting…… That’s doable!

If you shot 50 rounds an outing, and went out every Saturday, you’d be done in 18 weeks.

What you need to do is to figure out how to safely operate two rifles simultaneously, then you can cut the time in half.

I would make the sacrifice and help with the disposal problem.
